Accessibility of the space:
Unfortunately our space is in some regards not accessible yet but we are working on reducing barriers. Until then we commit to coming to you or providing online counselling. If you want to join an event or else happening in the space and have a specific access need, do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will try to find a solution.
Casa Kuà is located on the ground floor, yet elevated. At the space entrance is a staircase with 5 stairs. There is no tactile floor guiding system. Toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
Our aim is to make our space and treatments as accessible as possible. Economically and free as possible from physical barriers and structural oppressions.
We therefore kindly remind white people entering our space to be mindful of their positionalities and the space they are in.
We also kindly ask any cis people using this space to be mindful of their positionalities and the space they are in.
Sliding Scale
To make our offers more accessible practicioners in the space offer treatments on a sliding-scale. The peer to peer meetings, library and talks are free, donations are welcome.
In the future we would like to be able to treat on donation basis.
If you want to donate or have ideas where we can apply for funding to create more access, please get in touch with us.
