In cooperation with the “Villa Stöckle” runaway house/ Weglaufhaus, we will be offering a monthly anti-psychiatric group in Casa Kua.

The group is open, free of charge and explicitly for trans*/inter*/non-binary/queer people affected by psychiatry.

Many of us face psychiatric violence over and over again.
There are hardly any offers to talk about one’s own experiences, feelings and traumatizing experiences in psychiatry. Especially without having to be exposed to new psychiatric pressure.

We want to offer a space for our community to exchange.

We meet once a month on Wednesdays between 6 and 8 pm.

We welcome registrations in advance by email at:
casakuagroup@weglaufhaus.de
but this is not a prerequisite to participate.

The group is hosted by:
Kim (middle class, post-east-migrant, white, German passport, careleaver, non-binary, trans,)
and Jamila (middle class, Afro-Austrian, EU passport, genderfluid, non-binary).
They partially don’t have lived experience and partially have negative experiences with involuntary psychiatric treatment or psychiatric violence while transitioning.
Both are currently working in the runaway house/ Weglaufhaus “Villa Stöckle”, an anti-psychiatric crisis facility.
