jarral Boyd

my name is jarral (they/them), i am from Turtle Island. i am a descendent of the folx who were there before colonial settlers and those who were forcibly brought there from the continent. my ancestors guide me in all ways. my Haudenosaunee upbringing informed me about community and with it the inherent understanding of the interconnectivity between all beings. i also inherited the spiritual practice of HooDoo which is intrinsic to my calling.

my work centers around the communal aspect of healing and the integration of the mind, body, and spirit as one and the same. we cannot expect to heal by ignoring parts of ourselves and the community that helps heal us must also include our ancestors.

in 1-1 generational healing sessions we combine somatics with guided meditation and ancestral veneration. tarot readings can also be incorporated. my clients are usually engaged in conventional therapies like CBT, SFT, etc., alongside our sessions.
i also offer conflict resolution in the form of trauma-informed, social-justice oriented mediation, as well as skill development workshops for groups and collectives.

i offer my work in english but i also speak german.
