EN: The NADA protocol is the standardized acupuncture of 5 ear points in a special setting that has proven to be an effective treatment for people suffering from stress, trauma, or a wide variety of mental health conditions.NADA involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized, disposable needles at specific points on each ear. Recipients* sit quietly in a group setting for 30-45 minutes and allow the treatment to take effect.
\nNADA was developed in New York’s South Bronx in the 1970s by members of the Black Panther Party and Young Lords to address addiction in the Black and Puerto Rican communities.
\nTreatment under the NADA protocol helps people to

\nsuffer from stress and burnout symptoms
\nneed to cope with traumatic experiences
\nsuffer from restlessness and sleep disorders
\nwant to cope better with pain
\nwho are addicted or have problems with alcohol and or drugs

\nwant to stop smoking.
\nThere are no known medical contraindications.
