Our psychological, somatic  and holistic health support offers space to talk, get grounded, figure out needs and possible solutions for your current situation. They can help you find further ressources.<\/p>

Our holistic support team consists of counselers and practicioners with different trainings and specialties to cater your needs. The holistic support contains socio-bureaucratic support, psycho-emotional support and somatic\/holistic support.<\/p>

All support offers are free of charge and primarely centering TIN* and queer Black and Brown or racialized people, queer and TIN* people who are migrants, refugees or undocumented.<\/p>\n

Unsere psychologische, somatische und ganzheitliche Gesundheitsberatung bietet Raum f\u00fcr Gespr\u00e4che und ganzheitliche Methoden, um Bed\u00fcrfnisse und L\u00f6sungsm\u00f6glichkeiten in aktuellen (Krisen-) Situation herauszufinden und m\u00f6chte helfen, weitere Ressourcen zu erarbeiten.<\/p>

Unser ganzheitlicher Unterst\u00fctzung besteht aus Berater*innen und Praktizierenden mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen und Spezialisierungen. Es umfasst Themen wie sozial-b\u00fcrokratische Unterst\u00fctzung, psycho-emotionale Unterst\u00fctzung und somatische\/holistische.<\/p>

Die Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote sind kostenlos und richten sich in erster Linie an TIN* und queere Schwarze oder rassifizierte Menschen, an queere Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund, queere und TIN* Gefl\u00fcchtete oder Menschen ohne Papiere.<\/p>
