I facilitate CONSTELLATIONS<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0among other activities.<\/p>

Constelling offers me the opportunity to support people in their healing process.
I am deeply convinced that we all need to heal the wounds we have and the behaviors we have learned or inherited.
We’re so used to these behaviors that at a certain point they seem perfectly legitimate, and we don’t feel we need to or can do away with them… even if they’re burdensome and difficult to cope with.<\/p>

I also have a long spiritual journey and afrocuban religious practice who sustains me in my daily life and allows me to support others.<\/p>

This work need strenght and awareness.
Having a room where we can look at them from distance gives a new understanding of the situation. It’s helpful.<\/p>

Constellations, are an healing process coming from Africa, practiced particularly by zulus in South Africa, Cameroon among other countries.
I learned it with Griselda Enciso, a mix Peruvian person who is a natural medical practitioner and dance teacher as well.<\/p>

The idea of the constellation is to bring some order in a structure where there is chaos and instead to put lightness, release, soothing, understanding. Also to be able to access other perspectives who were not accessible because there was not enough distance between the situation and you.
In the case you are the person who constellate their own topic, you will be spectator and will have the opportunity to get another view on it.<\/p>

Anything can be constellated from a feeling to a conflict, a disease, a relation with someone alive or dead, a situation that seems blocked…in differents field (personal, familial, professional…).<\/p>

Each second monday of the month<\/strong> there is the possibility for all queers to constellate a topic chosen by raffle (if more than one person has a topic).<\/p>

How it works:<\/strong>
In a collective space guided by me, one topic brought by one of the participants, will be sorted out and then at least 5 people will be supporting the energetical circle, sharing perspectives based on what is felt in this moment.
It’s not mental or intellectualized also not about judging but feeling your intuition and your gut.
The collective work is very important in this healing process and can resonate with each of us.
People come together for you.<\/p>

COACHING<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Coaching is a tool allowing each of you to face a situation, to deal with it and to find the best way to overcome the difficulties in order to archieve your goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Each of you will have this own challenges, blocades and also wishes.
My role it’s to follow your desires, to help you in expressing your needs and to be the correct support at each step.<\/b>
My goal is to see you to blossom in archieving what you want.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

In my life experience I have accumulated some knowledge and tecnics that Ill be happy to use the adecuate ones, with you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Working as a team <\/b>will be the best frame for choosing what’s the best for YOU!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
I offer coaching for self empowerment in general and more particularly<\/span><\/span>\u00a0

to question and looking for support in your child’s desires….<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
I’ll accompany you during all the process as you need and wish until you reach \/achieve your goal(s) or find ways to do it.
And all will be possible as you are ready to do a work where you will allow you to access the new version of yourself you have been longing for.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>

MEDIATION\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
As a mediator, I offer a safe space for people who have experienced deep disagreements or conflicts, allowing them to address the griefs and pains that have arisen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Often, we forget that we’ve created dynamics with others, focusing only on our own wounds and not sharing what we’re going through with those involved. We also may not fully understand what the other person is dealing with.<\/span><\/p>

Many times, simply expressing our feelings and listening to each other can lead to a better understanding, helping us find the best possible solution for everyone involved.<\/span><\/p>

And always keeping in mind that’s not about being guilty or victim.<\/span><\/p>

It’s to find ways to resolve the conflict.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Mediation offers the possibility for all parties to achieve what they need and want. Everyone wins. I help you to come to creative solutions that go beyond what either party initially proposed. It’s about looking together at the bigger picture of the relationship and long-term needs.
