Systemic Counseling
<\/strong>
Systemic counseling is a method of psychosocial counseling. You can address any issuetha t concerns you, e.g., dealing with personal or political issues, specifically a decision you want to make, or you simply want temporary support. \u201cSystemic\u201d means that we do not take care of issues in isolation, but also look at the \u201csystems\u201d around us, e.g. our social networks, power  tructures, and the contexts in which we have been socialized in.<\/p>\n

It is not therapy, but rather a short-term support.<\/p>\n

The sessions are oriented around solutions and resources, are trauma-informed and can include body- and experience-based methods. The languages offered are english and
german spoken language.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a systemic counselor in training, social worker, community organizer, workshop facilitator and Muay Thai teacher. I\u2018m a queer adopted person of color, mongolian-german, able-bodied, with passport and class privileges.<\/p>\n

Systemische Beratung
<\/strong>
Systemische Beratung ist eine Methode der psychosozialen Beratung. Dabei k\u00f6nnen Themen alle sein, die dich besch\u00e4ftigen, z.B Umgang mit pers\u00f6nlichen oder politischen
Themen, konkret zu einer Entscheidung, die du treffen m\u00f6chtest oder du w\u00fcnschst dir einfach tempor\u00e4r Unterst\u00fctzung. \u201eSystemisch\u201d bedeutet, dass wir uns nicht isoliert mit
Themen besch\u00e4ftigen, sondern beziehen die \u201eSysteme\u201c um uns herum mit ein, z. B. unsere sozialen Netzwerke, gesellschaftliche Strukturen und Kontexte, in denen wir sozialisiert sind.<\/p>\n

Es ist keine Therapie, sondern eine M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr kurzfristige Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n

Die Beratung ist l\u00f6sungsorientiert, traumainformiert und konzentriert sich auf Ressourcen. Dabei k\u00f6nnen k\u00f6rper- und erfahrungsbasierte Methoden integriert werden. Die Sitzungen
k\u00f6nnen in deutscher oder englischer Lautsprache stattfinden.<\/p>\n
