My name is nwi (they\/he), I am mixed, queer, trans non-binary, neurospicy and disabled being. Born and raised in France in a multicultural family with afro-caribbean, russian, spanish and french roots. I share my time between creativity (visual, sounding, writing), care work (reiki, coachings), community projects, group facilitation and teaching pedagogy of the oppressed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I\u2019m a certified Reiki 2 practitioner. I learned with Nina Kim who created the Visionary School of Reiki (Berlin). My reiki offering is based on deep listening, consent, mindfulness, slowing down and collective care & liberation. I offer one-hour reiki sessions at casa kua to build up my professional experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Reiki is a Japanese mode of energy balancing, promoting relax<\/b>at<\/b>ion, stress reduction, awareness and restoration of life flow in the body, mind, spirit.<\/b> \u201cRei\u201d means mystery, universal or sacred, while Ki means \u201clife force energy\u201d. It facilitates healing by encouraging the flow of life energy. You just have to lay and do nothing. By hands placements – with or without touch, according to your convenience – we make reiki flow in the body in places where it needs balance and care.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

WHO (World Health Organization) recognizes Reiki as a complementary energetic care method to reduce stress, and some pain or discomfort. Reiki do not replace conventional medicine and treatments but can be complementary. Please see a doctor and health professionals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since more than 10 years, I\u2019ve been part of different collectives from informal activism to formal NGO\u2019s, or creative collectives centering anti-racism, anti-colonialism and queer feminist ecologies. As many humans, I\u2019ve been through health problems \u2013 chronical or not \u2013 physical or mental, through grief and loss, through inflammation, conflicts, painful endings of collectives, renewals full of grace. I needed to learn care practices (reiki & somatics) to sustain the liberation work and my own health. I believe in liberation, rest, love, life preservation, grief, interbeing, community care and abolition of all systems of oppression. Healing & liberation are entangled and happen when the body (individual & collective) is ready for it. With interdependence, care AND autonomy. My work especially aims to support QpoC, care workers, activists, creatives and organizers. But it\u2019s open and can be beneficial to everybody!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
