We\u00a0 want to create a space that centers connection, rest and empowerment, in the outskirts of city life.\u00a0 During this time away we would like to co-create a space of uniqueness and connected ness, with moments that can be done with the whole group or a few people.\u00a0 The programme will include forms of movement based practises, meditative practices, herbal and plant based research, and moments to pause.\u00a0
We will offer a catered vegan lunch and dinner by Rosa Negra and a self service Breakfast.\u00a0 The space we are located in is Quecke and is wheelchair accessible and there are possibilities to be in 2-3-4 ppl shared rooms or camp in the grounds. Covid-19 safety measures will be applied and we invite you all to respect the shared guidelines.\u00a0

Spaces are limited to 25 people as we would like to keep the group small A participation fee of 10 to 30 euros is to be paid to Casa Ku\u00e0 before the event. You can decide for yourself how much you can contribute.\u00a0\u00a0 We kindly ask you to inform us beforehand if you, for any reason, can’t join the retreat. This would allow us a better planning process and will allow other people to use the space.\u00a0 The communication will be mainly in english and german. Because of capacity limitations we can’t provide external interpreters. Translation will be organised as a shared task within the space. Many of the facilitators and organisers speak different languages (spanish, french, arabic..). Do not forget to mention your language needs in the form so we can organise support.\u00a0 Some tasks are to be shared within the group ( tidying up, washing the dishes, etc..). You can sign up for that upon arrival. We will provide Covid-19 measures also for these tasks.\u00a0
Attendance is based on a negative Covid test.
The retreat is organised by Casa Ku\u00e0 and LesMigraS.\u00a0
The Casa Ku\u00e0 initiative<\/strong> is a self organized Trans* Inter* Queer community & healthcenter centering BIPOC voices and experiences.
LesMigraS<\/strong> is engaged in antidiscrimination and antiviolence work, offers counselling and a space for self empowerment for Racialised and marginalised LGBTIQ+ people.<\/p>\n

Wir wollen einen Raum schaffen, der den Fokus auf Verbindungen, Erholung und Empowerment legt, am Rande des Stadtlebens.\u00a0
W\u00e4hrend dieser Auszeit m\u00f6chten wir einen Raum der Einzigartigkeit und Verbundenheit mitgestalten, mit Momenten, die mit der ganzen Gruppe oder einigen weniger Personen geteilt werden k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0
Das Programm wird Formen von K\u00f6rper- und Bewegungs\u00fcbungen, meditative Methoden, pflanzliche Arbeit und Momente zum Atemholen bieten.\u00a0
Wir werden ein veganes Mittag- und Abendessen von Rosa Negra und ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zur Selbstbedienung anbieten.\u00a0
Der Ort, an dem es stattfinden wird, die Quecke, ist rollstuhlgerecht und es gibt die M\u00f6glichkeit, in Mehrbettzimmern f\u00fcr 2-3-4 Personen zu \u00fcbernachten oder auf dem Gel\u00e4nde zu zelten.
Covid-19 Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen werden angewendet und wir laden alle ein, die gemeinsamen Richtlinien zu respektieren.\u00a0

Die Kommunikation wird haupts\u00e4chlich in Deutsch und Englisch erfolgen. Aus Kapazit\u00e4tsgr\u00fcnden k\u00f6nnen wir keine externen Dolmetscher:in zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen. Die \u00dcbersetzung wird als gemeinsame Aufgabe innerhalb des Raumes organisiert. Viele der Moderator:Innen und Organisator:Innen sprechen verschiedene Sprachen (spanisch, franz\u00f6sisch, arabisch..). Vergiss nicht, deinen Sprachbedarf in der email zu erw\u00e4hnen, damit wir Unterst\u00fctzung organisieren k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0
Einige Aufgaben m\u00fcssen innerhalb der Gruppe geteilt werden (Aufr\u00e4umen, Abwaschen, etc.). Daf\u00fcr kannst du dich bei der Ankunft eintragen. Wir werden auch f\u00fcr diese Aufgaben Covid-19-Ma\u00dfnahmen anbieten.\u00a0
