somatics, astrology, Reiki, Tarot and hypnosis

My name is Care (they/them/theirs), I am a light-skinned Black trans non binary trauma-informed Care practitioner. I work with somatics, astrology, Reiki, Tarot and hypnosis. My work blooms at the intersection of Black interiority, somatic memory & queer intimacies.
I am also a doula and offer support to families.
My work focuses on witnessing our cycles of shedding, decay and growth, so that we have more space to let ourselves become who we are.
 
I am particularly interested in how (ancestral) trauma informs our bodies, relationships to ourselves, others and the world, and how we can reclaim fragmented parts of ourselves to hold more of our complexities and reconcile with our pain. I have experienced through my practice with clients, and also by living in an animal body on planet Earth, that to start with our pain is to carve out more space for our joy.
