Sleep better
How to get a good night’s rest
As it gets colder and darker, let’s snuggle in with a cosy workshop on sleep.
If you have trouble falling asleep, sleeping through the night, or are not waking up refreshed, this workshop is for you. Aranja will share science-based techniques to support your body in getting the nightly rest it deserves. There will also be special tips for people who do shift work or work at night.
Date: Thu 7 Nov
Time: 18:00 – 20:30
Location: Casa Kuä
Please register by sending an email to hello@amplified-humanity.com
There is space for 10 participants.
The workshop is free, but if you like you can make a donation to the space.
Aranja (she/they) is a queer death doula, trauma therapist and psychological counselor specializing in topics that are often considered taboo such as death and dying, grief, k&nk and psychedelics. Aranja works primarily with people who fall outside of the societal norm (artists, critical thinkers, migrants, queers, relationship anarchists etc.) at the intersection of individual eccentricity and social justice.
